Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

In short: Use the service lawfully and within the Acceptable Use Policy. You keep ownership of what you put in and what the models write for you. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of availability or of output correctness, and our liability is limited to what you paid us. This summary is for orientation only; the document below is the agreement.

1Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and ZorQelis AI (“we”, “us”) covering the SoreQen chat service at soreqen.com, the SoreQen API and developer console at platform.soreqen.com, and anything else we offer that points here.

By creating an account or sending a request to the API, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

2Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • Give accurate account details and keep them current. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key issued to it. Keep keys secret; a key is a credential, and anyone holding one can spend your credit.
  • Tell us promptly at security@zorqelisai.com if you believe an account or key has been compromised. You can revoke a key yourself in the console at any time.

3Acceptable use

Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, and without limiting it: do not use the service to break the law, to harm people, to generate content that sexualises minors, to build weapons, to run large-scale surveillance, or to deceive people about whether they are talking to a machine.

You must also not attempt to extract our model weights, reverse-engineer the service, circumvent rate limits or quotas, or use output to train a competing model.

4Your content and the model’s output

  • You keep your input. Prompts, files and images you send remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service — to process, transmit and store them so that we can answer.
  • You own the output. As between you and us, we claim no ownership of what the model writes in response to you, and you may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
  • Output is not guaranteed to be original, correct, or yours to use. Models can produce text resembling existing work, and can be confidently wrong. Check output before relying on it, and especially before publishing it or acting on it in a professional context.
  • Similar output may go to others. The same question from another user can produce a similar answer, and nothing here gives you exclusivity over it.

5Training on your data

We do not train models on your prompts, files or API requests. Content sent to the API is used to produce your response and for the operational purposes described in the Privacy Policy — abuse detection, debugging and billing — and for nothing else.

Where you explicitly submit feedback on a response, we may use that feedback to improve the service, including the content of the exchange it refers to.

6Paid plans and API credit

Chat subscriptions and API credit are separate products. A subscription buys a usage allowance on the chat service; credit buys API requests. Neither grants the other.

API credit is governed by the Credit Terms. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the term you choose and, save where consumer law requires otherwise, are not refundable for a period already begun. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid term.

7Availability

We aim to keep the service running and will tell you about planned interruptions where we reasonably can, but we do not promise any particular uptime, latency or capacity unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

Models are served on elastic infrastructure that scales to zero when idle. A first request after a quiet period may take noticeably longer while capacity starts, and the API reports that condition as a distinct, retryable error rather than failing silently.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change removes something you are paying for, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion.

8Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is being used to endanger people or the service, or where we are required to by law.

Where circumstances allow, we will warn first and give an opportunity to put things right. Where they do not — an active attack, a legal order, a risk of harm — we may act immediately and explain afterwards.

On closure, unspent API credit is handled under clause 5 of the Credit Terms.

9Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law permits, we exclude all implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The models are not a professional adviser. Output is not legal, medical, financial or safety advice, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision with legal, medical, financial or physical consequences.

10Liability

To the extent the law permits, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or the cost of substitute services.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or from content you submit that infringes someone’s rights.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the service and ask for a refund of anything unused.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your own country.
